The itinerary covers the mule track that, deep in the woods, winds up among the pastures of Vergante, offering panoramic views among the Montagnette of Monte Falò with Mottarone’s peak, the far away Mount Rosa and the Lake Maggiore basin.

The whole trail goes around Alpe Cornaggia, watershed fulcrum between the valley of Agogna and the valley of Valleggia creek, and from the Monte Cornaggia’s peak there is a priceless 360° view.

This naturalistic path brings the discovery of many small pastures and farmsteads among the territories of Nebbiuno, Ameno, Brovello Carpugnino, covering a small tract of Dorsale del Vergante (Vergante’s ridge) and reachin the spectacular panoramic point of Sass dal Pizz.
