Valle Antrona, one of the Ossola valleys, has plenty of unforgettable trails for hikers and mountain bikers, with its breathtaking landscapes and the countless lakes, both natural and artificial. In Valle Anzasca there are paths for expert hikers and paths for families who love nature and the mountains.

At the valley’s entrance there are some historic towns to be explored: Montescheno with the ancient wine presses and the typical bread ovens and Borgomezzavalle with its typical stone houses, which is illuminated every year with a large mirror, bringing the sun to the town!

One of the most beautiful trail in the Antrona Valley leads to admire the steinbocks that, defying gravity, climb the almost vertical walls of the Cingino dam to lick the saltpetre that comes out of the concrete!
