The itinerary develops along the slopes of Monte Scincina, between Gignese and Brovello-Carpugnino, from which an amazing 360° panorama can be seen: towards the valley one can admire the panorama on Lake Maggiore with the shape of Motta Rossa in the foreground, and further away the lakes of Varese. Uphill, beyond Agogna, there are the peaks of Monte Falò and of Mottarone with their typical low and scarce vegetation that, during some months, takes a golden color that shines in the sun.

The itinerary passes through the historical pastures of the mount and in particular Alpe Agogna, Alpe Scincina, Alpe Camoscio and Alpe Canà, running along part of Dorsale del Vergante: the trail the leads from Invorio to Mottarone’s peak.
